How to get mpeg2 to DVD

I used VV3 to edit a project. I then converted it to mpeg2. What do I need to do to make a DVD with chapter headings? Is there another program I need to do this?

You need DVD authoring software to do it all properly. If you look through the posts or search on "DVD authoring" you should see plenty of threads.
