If you used this page for your order but did not get a download and no license for Vasco da Gama I suggest to contact the Magix sales support.

How do I get the serial numbers for New Blue Effects and Music Maker. It looks like they both have different serial number requirments then MS 14?

Take a look into your personal account at Magix.com. Then follow the "My Products" link to see all your registered software including its download links and serial numbers.

just tried to find the Magix support phone number and found I have to pay for that service?

For U.S the support number is 1-305-722-5810 and service time is 1pm - 5pm EST, Monday - Friday. This should not be a paid service.

Thanks but this must be a joke. When I call that number it tells me to press number one for support and when I do it hangs up on me.

Lol, should have a message or such telling me that but it just hangs up. Thanks for the help I know this will get sorted eventually.

I did check my customer page at Magix and it states I have all I asked for activated...but I don't. Also no serial numbers, just a list with activated software.

I'm hoping for a simple resolution... Do you see Vasco listed in the email that Magix sent with Vegas Movie Studio serial number? You should. There is a download link and a serial number. Mine was right above the total costs.
