How to have section "markers" for creating DVD Menu start-points

I created a 10-section video in ScreenBlast 3 with 10-second "splash screens" before each section of video. After rendering the completed video to my harddrive (MPEG-2 format), I want to create a DVD Menu screen with links to each 10 sections of video.

MyDVD and Ulead DVD Movie Factory both apparently see the MPEG-2 as one file with no natural "breaks" for each section. Is there a way to mark sections in Screenblast so that they're found by MyDVD (or other) DVD burning program?

Or do I need Vegas 5 which I believe has an all-in-one DVD menu-creation program? I'm confused, any help is greatly appreciated!

For $30 you can upgrade to Vegas Studio 4 + DVD which includes SONY's DVD-Architect program. Before rendering the MPEG-2 file place markers on the timeline where you what the chapter markers to be, then under Advanced Render make sure to check the box for "Save Metadata in media file". DVD-Architect will read these markers and use them as chapter points.

If you do decide to upgrade, you can avoid re-rendering to MPEG-2. Either use the trimmer in Movie Studio 4 or add the chapter markers from within DVDA Studio2.
