how to highlight menu titles

I must be doing something wrong. I have built my menu's and have burned the DVD. But when I play the DVD it does not highlight the menu selection I am selecting (i.e. play, scene selection etc..) When i use the arrow buttons on my remote it does not highlight it. Therefore I have no idea what i am selecting.

What am I doing wrong in the building of the menus that this is not happening?

Do a Help > Color Sets > Edit a color set, and look at number 6.

You probably need to bump up the opacity a little bit. I suggest changing the color as the defaults don't give enough contrast.
