How to import chapter markers (not using Vegas)

I don't use Sony Vegas, I use FCPX to edit my videos, but I bring them into DVD Architect to make my Blu-rays. I've been making chapter markers in FCPX first, then writing down the exact time code and chapter title into a text file, then switching to my windows pc, and manually changing the timecode to match, and then typing in the chapter name.

Is there a better way to do this that might be quicker? Is there any way of bringing in chapter markers for a video other than having to have created it in Vegas? Does it except any kind of file i could somehow create possibly?

DVDA can import markers created within Vegas software, but as far as I know, it cannot import markers from other encoders. It is looking for a specific file to import. I have the opposite problem that I normally use Adobe Encore for authoring and I have to manually type in the Vegas markers. I like DVDA, but there are some things that work better for me in Encore.
