How to insert hyperlinks

I would like to insert a clickable hyperlink into a video to allow viewers to go to a specific web page.

Is this possible?

Anyone know how is it done?

Flash video is the most common vehicle for including links and controls in web video.
I believe Microsoft Silverlight also supports these functions.

Flash technology is licensed by Adobe. In case you are wondering, Vegas does not support Flash creation.
