HOW to install

HOW to install the xvidcore-1.0.0 (i downloaded them from xvid.org)? i was told these are the latest xvid codecs, but after reading the readme and install text files i still don't know how to install it. Any suggestions ?

They are all different (different versions of XVid). You'll have to lok up on the site you downloaded from for specifics.
