How to load a Video file in Power Point 2003

Whats the best format to render a Video file if it's going to be used
for a (2003)Power Point presentation. With the earlier version it was pretty simple the load a MPEG or WMV file.

Does anyone have any idea what changes have been made as far
as load a Vido file?

As far as putting video into PowerPoint, I have done it many times for our Minister. We record all the sermons and then edit them for DVD to be mailed.

Many times he uses PPT with his sermons. I make a video of the PPT project to use with Vegas.

As for video with PPT I normally render it in a WMV file and inport it to the slide need. Tried to use the animations button with the camera picture but it never seems to work. So go to the import and import a video file.

When I embed a video in a PowerPoint presentation (we use 2003 here at work), I always use WMV. I have not had any problems so far.
