You can use scripts for that. You can find the code on this forum. Also you can download scripting tools, such as Vegasaur, Excalibur etc.

VASST Ultimate S Pro has extensive support for doing this. It can create the fades in the first place so that they are consistent, but also it can adjust existing transitions, create new transitions after the fact, and even remove transitions for you, all at the click of a button.
