Is it possible to make my own Custom Transition? One that I can drop into the transition bin so that I don't have to manually set it everytime?

For example, I have a transition where I use the Glow effect from one piece to the next...its similar to the Flash, but I use my own custom settings in certain scenarios...and it would be nice if I could create this custom transition, and just drop it on my clips whenever I wanted to use it instead of having to add the effects individually every single time...

I have other transitions like this, and it would just make my life that much easier...
