Is there a setting in VMS- Platinum Edition to make an HDV, MPEG2 video file with the MPG extension where the audio and video are combined into one MPG file?

I can make an HDV .m2t file that Windows Media Player will play, but I was hoping to produce the final MPG files in HDV.
