How to Make Playlist button first?

I have a project with five separate clips, plus a "Play All" button, which uses a playlist.

I would like to make the Play All button to be highlighted when the Menu first appears, but I can't find a way of making this happen. It has its own branch of the "tree", so it doesn't appear possible to drag it to the top of the list.

Does anyone know if it's possible, and how?

While the Playlist listing is off on its own "branch", the link to it appears in the Project Overview panel as part of the menu page. (It appears as a little chain icon rather than media clip.)

You can drag that chain icon to the top of the list on the menu page and it should become the first button that's highlighted when the menu page comes up.
