How To Make SVCD with Vegas Video 2.0g ?

Hi,

Is there a way to make SVCD with vegas Video 2.0g ? Or customize the mpeg plug-in 1.1 so you can make SVCD ?
or is it possiblr to downloade an template or some thing so i can make SVCD of my movies ? if not any recomandations on what program i can use to make SVCD.
