How to move a photo in the film?

I have a picture with som text which I wan't to move from outsite the movie to inside the movie, stay for a few seconds and then dissapear outside again, how do I do this, what tools should I use?

try keframing the movement using the track motion feature.
It should be very easy.

1 keyframe at the start point [outside frame]
1 in middle where you want it to pause
[1 at end of duration of pause if you like] and
1 on other side of frame
