How to move markers together with events

I want to expand my old script to highlight all the events on all tracks after the cursor (so I can move stuff around on the timeline with the mouse), but lately I have been using markers more and more and as such I would like to move them as well (as if they would be "glued" to the events as it were.

It seems impossible to move highlighted events together with highlighted markers, its either move the marker(s) or move the events with the mouse, but not simultaneously.

I would like to avoid using ripple edit.

Post Ripple Edit? I agree that I don't like Ripple Edit turned on. However, If I've just moved a bunch of events and then want the markers to match that move, I'll do an Edit - Post Ripple Edit - All Tracks, Markers, and Regions (or just press CTRL-Shift-F)

@jetdv Great! This seems to work. I did not know this command existed!

I cannot add this command to my script because I move stuff around located after the cursor with the mouse after running the script, as the markers can not know where to land before moving around events with the mouse.

It is a pity timeline markers cannot be grouped with events.

But nevertheless this command is a lifesaver! I have to remember this, or better still, map it under a programmable macro button on my keyboard, mouse or contour.
