How to overlay event onto still picture

I just wonder if we can overlay an event onto a still picture. Because I like to overlay my wedding event onto a wedding invitation card by scanning this card then overlay the event onto it.

Track 1 - Video

Track 2 - Still

Pan Crop your video event to make it appear smaller until it fits what you want.

Done!

You could also use Track motion on the video.

Vegas works Track 1 downwards, meaning Track1 is seen on top of Track 2 and track 2 is seen on top of track 3 . . etc etc
