How to put video email attachment on website?

A friend made a 2-minute video, rendered in wmv that I want to put up on my streaming website .

1. Will I be able to put it up if he sends me the video as an email attachment, (providing it doesn't exceed my mailbox capacity)?

2. Has anyone done this successfully?

Drop the video in a folder called 'video' on your www server. You may have to create that folder first.

On your web page type something like "click here to see video" and make that sentence a link to the file you just created. Select 'open in new window' if you have that option.

Windows will take care of the rest when a user clicks your hyperlink.
