The manufacturers website should have this as a download.

Thanks for taking time to reply Tommy. I had already checked the manf. website hoping they might have a free trial until I could dig up my installation disk that is (hopefully) buried inside the mountain of software boxes in the basement. However, if I can't find it, I'm prepared to pay for my mistake and do the download.
Recently I read in the forum about someone who had accidentally deleted a file they spent hours working on and had no way of retreiving, so relatively speaking, I go off easy, that's for sure.
cheers !-

Hmm, I came to think of www.download.com or other download sites. I don't really know the software. Maybe just do a search with google?

System restore will change your system to the way it was on a certain date. You can reverse it if the results are undesireable. That is according to Microsoft, but sometimes it doesn't work properly.
http://www.nero.com/en/nero-prog.php is the demo version and usually it will pick up your old serial number on installation and give you the full version.
Try that first and system restore second. That is if "neo" meant "nero".

Just re-read this old post and in fact I do have NEO and not NERO - Thanks for your help though.
