How to render 4 channel audio's DVCAM AVI ?

Who can tell me please,how to render 4 channel audio's DVCAM AVI use Vegas?

My friend want to render 4 channel audio's DVCAM AVI so can save back to DVCAM Tape user Vegas.
If Vegas can do this ?If Vegas can't ,how to do it ? Thanks to whom can help.

As far as I know Vegas cannot do this.
You MIGHT be able to do this in the analogue domain on a deck that can restripe audio although you'd need one with 422 control and even then I think you'll have issues with Vegas and sync with the deck.

Bear in mind that 4 channel audio on DVCAM is only 12 bit, hardly makes for good audio.
