Here are the instructions:

1. Put the scene on the timeline. In the preview window, locate the frame you want.

2. Right-click in the preview window. In the box that appears, select 'Display at Project Size.' Your frame will expand. This will give you a sharper still.

3. Click on the floppy disk icon at the top right of the preview window. In the box that appears, choose a filename for your picture and the filetype you want - VF/Screenblast gives you a choice of .png or .jpg - and the directory where you want to save it. Click Save.

Your still is now saved in that directory. It automatically shows up in the media pool for use in your video, should you want. Go back to the frame in your preview window, right-click again and unselect 'Display at Project Size' to return your preview size to normal.
