How to save Mpeg2 with PCM audio from VV

I read the thread relating to DVD standard video with Mpeg audio, and everyone seemed to indicate it didn't matter. However, my set-top DVD player (Toshiba SD6200) doesn't seem to handle Mpeg audio. I created a DVD+R using the DVD-NTSC template and the video played but not the audio. The same disk worked fine in my PC DVD player. Therefore, I think it might be the mpeg audio.

I looked at the templates in VV and it doesn't seem to be able to save Mpeg2 video with uncompressed audio in the same file. Is there a way to do this, or should I just render my DV file with something like TMPGEnc?

This requires separate renders: save the video as an mpeg elementary stream, save the audio as pcm .wav.

What SonicEPM said - I do this all the time when making videos to put on DVDs with the DVD authoring software I use, and it works fine.

OK. Thanks. I will try that.
