how to save still image to Gif or Jpeg file

I took still images from the camcorder.
How can I track those still images and save it as the image file?

Either VideoCapture 2.0h, or Video Caputre 2.5 (which comes with VideoFactory 2.0) will capture still images as BMP (bitmap) files. These files can be opened in any graphics editing package for editing or conversion to other formats. At this time our software does not contain the functionality to save stills into other formats. Hope this helps.
