How to stop autodocking.

Ok I remenber that the TITLE WINDOW did float and I did position it in any place I want it now everytime I click on it just dock itself on the docking area and I cant repostion it any more .Thanks for you help.

You can undock it by clicking on the dots in the upper left corner of that window and drag it away from the docking area.

If you hold down the CTRL key while moving any undocked window then it will not snap to any docking area.
