I have an ASF file that works fine in Vegas 9, 10 or 11 on my PC, but not on an associate's Vegas 10 pc. When she drags the video to the timeline it is black but has audio. I assume this means she doesn't have the correct codec, but we are so far unable to determine what codec she needs. Gspot doesn't provide a video codec name for that ASF on my PC. Is there a way to determine which decoder Vegas is using on a specific video file?
