I have a client that is using Corel VideoStudio X2. They require additional editing and audio clean up. Obviously I would like to do this in Vegas Pro, but do not wish to lose any of the A/V quality by unnecessarily rendering their project multiple times.
As they have performed extensive editing to the time line ~ starting over with the original media is out of the question. Is there an export or render option they could use to get the project to me that does not further degrade the quality by rendering in a lossy format? I am guessing uncompresses AVI - but am totally not sure.
Details:
* Original footage shot on Mini DVD
* Edited using Corel VideoStudio X2
* To be re-edited in Vegas Pro 8c
* Final destination SD-DVD (via DVD Architect)
Thanks,
