How to - Typwiter text

Hello all -
Have a newbie-type question: Is there a script/process to simulate typwriter text displaying line by line across the screen? An example is like the Tom Clancy films where they open a scene with date/time/location.
Any help would be gratly appreciated!

The "easiest" way would probably be to use a 3rd party product that can produce that effect and import it into vegas.

It can definitely be done directly in Vegas but will take much more work than using something like bluff titler.

Speaking of 3rd part products: SWISHmax has a great typewriter effect complete with a blinking cursor along with 230+ other effects for text. It’s Flash based so you can do many other things with it.
