How will I get my current Boris/AfterEffects to plug in?

Hi,

When people say that they are working on making Boris FX or AfterEffects plug in
directly to Vegas, does this mean having to buy a different version of the apps,
or how will it work? Will it involve some sort of fix for Vegas that can be
downloaded? These apps are RATHER expensive!!!

I believe they are saying the output from Boris and / or AE then import the results into VV. Artel is currently making a VV compatible Boris product. Satish is currently working on a 'photoshop' adaptor for VV.
If I am wrong, please correct me.
