How would you copy a Mpeg 4 disc?

These would be sports video game film, that would hopefully be copied and distributed to parents.

I don't have any, but an opportunity to copy these discs may come up soon. Not having worked with any, what problems do you think I'll encounter?
If they are Mpeg4, could I use standard DVD-R blank discs or the special camera discs?
What program would work for straight copying, no editin
I have V5d, DVDA 2, and an older copy of Nero.
Any other thoughts or experiences would be greatly appreciated, and would give me some direction on this latest knowledge quest.

Unless the discs have some sort of copy protection, any disc burning program should be able to copy them. Nero's disc copy function should work fine.

Thanks, Kelly.
Do you know if the discs use Mpeg 4 or does the camera produce the vob files directly? Or are they the same thing?
I've learned the discs only hold 1.4 Gig, about 30 minutes of video. So I would have to bring them onto the TL, render at least three vob files together, from three different discs, and then print to DVD-R, with no editing. Does this sound like the way to do it? Thanks again, John.

I wouldn't have the foggiest clue. Even if you told me what brand and model camera it was, i probably wouldn't know anything about it. However, in your original post you asked how to copy a disc with no editing, and the answer remains that the easiest way to do this is to simply copy the disc. Of course, you'll end up with an identical copy still in MPEG 4 format. Now you mention rendering. Are you trying to do something other than simply copying?
