Hub audio content not scrollable

When I go to the Hub downloads, select audio and do a search for a category I get back hundreds of audio clips, but I can't scroll through them. There's no scrollbar and the mouse wheel does not scroll the content.

That's odd- I just did a search and could scroll with the mouse wheel and the scrollbar on the right. Does logging in and out of Hub help?

I logged in and back out, updated my NVidia drivers, and set Use Alternate DPI. Now I have scroll bars. Not sure which change worked. I am still having a problem where the Text to Speech form does not display anything.
