HUB features missing?

I'm only now really digging into the Hub, but it doesn't even have the RF footage I once found there. Obviously things have changed (a bit). So, I need to download a Deep Learning update that keeps giving me an error message (that I need to install the Deep Learning models...). And when I go to the Hub, it says I have one video left and wants a coupon code.

Any help would be appreciated.

What is RF footage? You are looking under VEGAS content?

Your profile should say your plan and how many downloads you have remaining. If you exceed your quota you can buy more and then enter a code to redeem it.

RF - Royalty Free. I thought it was the HUB tab where that stuff was. I have downloaded footage previously and can't even find where that is.

It looks like you do only have one download left. It is not unlimited and the amount of how many files you can download is based on which version of Vegas Pro you've purchased. You can compare the Hub limits HERE.

Have you set up a location to have all your assets downloaded to? You can go to the Hub Explorer to see your downloaded assets. And to see the media to download, Vegas Hub>Stock Media.

Yes, the Hub can be a bit confusing....

Thank you, Reyfox. I was on the wrong page and was obviously having trouble with the navigation. The allotment was my initial hangup, as I have 365 SUITE and have downloaded some STOCK FOOTAGE previously. And now that I see where they are, yes, I downloaded one and now I don't have any left (which should not be the case).

I'll reach out to tech support on that.

(And thank you for not treating me like someone asking why the first frame of their JPEG gets hung up on playback...)
