HV20 and GS400 not recognised.

Hi all. Using DVD Architect Studio 4.5C, I've burnt the DVDs and I'm now ready to master to DV tape for the archives. I've tried to master to a Canon HV20 (SD) and also a Panasonic GS400 (SD).

Both cams are recognised right up to the very last stage. When I press any of the last go buttons, I get,.... this camera is not supported (or similar message) for both.

What can be wrong? Thx.

Was this posted to the right forum? To print to tape, you'd use Vegas, not DVD Architect.

Mastering to tape from DVDA is not for backing up your result but for creating a master tape for DVD printing (at a professional print shop). You do not master to DV tape, you master to DLT.

If you want to store your video (but no menus or anything like that) you can use print to tape as said above.
