I am not able to save windows layouts

Every time I try to save a windows layout, Vegas Pro crashes. This is a new installation on a new system. (vegas 19 build 651). I have the same version on my older (to be retired system) and have no issue doing this.

I had the same problem with Vegas Pro 19. It's no longer being developed.
