You've already taken the necessary action needed to have the problem resolved. As this is a user-to-user forum, none of your fellow users on the forum will be able to take any action about this issue. The same thing happened to me some years ago and, after lodging a support request, the refund came through very quickly, but I don't recall getting an email response - the refund showed up on my online banking account. So check your online banking account if you have that availability.
