I Can't render a CD Project with 25 trk and 75min

I hava a problem: I can't render a CD project with 25 tracks and a total length of 75 mins (the time is the problem)

The software freezes building the temporary file.

I nedd to reduce the total length to 65 mins or below. In this case the render process ends successfully.

I'm using 80mins Sony CD-R disks. I have SATA disks, defragmented and with at least 250 Gb of free disk space, 2 GB RAM in a CORE 2 DUO Processor (I think that the hardware is not problem).

I have restarted the software and the problem is consistent.

¿Some body knows about this problem?

What (if any) plugins running ? Try without plugins in case one is faulty.

I'm using Wave Hammer, Track Equalizer, Track Reverb, all from Sony.

If I disable the plugins the problem remains, CD Architect only render fine if I remove any track and the total CD time is reduced to less than 65 minutes (approach), unless the plugin chain active on the removed track.
