I cannot download the software to my Laptop..HELP

Hi everyone,

I purchased the software today and I am unable to install it onto my laptop, I have tried searching for help online but come up short.

The error message I get is: ERROR -2147163964

I really have no idea what to do to resolve the matter and need the software asap.

Installed Microsoft Visual CC+, rebooted the system and it worked.
