I Cannot Get Vegas Hub To Work

I have emailed support on this issue, but have not been contacted back yet. I have a family project for Christmas I am trying to finish and hub is slowing me down on trying to figure out what is going on. I have updated Windows 11. I have uninstalled Vegas with Revo Uninstaller, reinstalled Vegas. Latest studio drivers from Nvidea ( Zotac 4090). Vegas 22 Suite Build 194.

I have included a video of the problem. This is happening too frequently to me. I can preview the first video clip in hub that I select after I open Vegas with all of the download options available. But when I go to preview another clip in hub I get the spinning icons. As you can see in the video my sample previews are playing in hub, but when I click on one to preview I get the spinning icon. I have internet connection. When I start Vegas it automatically connects to hub.

Does anybody know if I need to download something from MS?, or delete a file within Vegas to get this to work properly. Or is the fault on Hubs side? ( Storyblocks?) Why I think the problem is on the hubs side is sometimes hub will work properly showing me previews. Then I can go days where my previews do not work. This particular problem has been going on now for 2 days. I have posted this same problem on this forum a few day ago ago, and in September Hub was not letting me download in 4K that was fixed. But now I cannot download anything except the first preview I see. If I click on the little arrow in hub to download the video clip nothing happens.

EDIT: Now going back into Vegas I am getting no preview in hub. Not even my first video file I select is not working after I restart Vegas.

Thanks.

I just tried it. It didn't send anything to the timeline. It didn't send the file to the folder location I had set up, BUT it is in the Project Media (the same file you tried to download) 4 times. That's how many times I tried to download it.

So check the Project Media tab.
