I don't own a titler, but guess what.....

Power Point can now export in UHD 4K. Lots of stuff you can do with type as well as add stills and slides. Vegas eats them happily and since I have to have the MS products, this is a real benefit. If you have home office or what ever try it for titling with various animations, transitions, and fonts. I love it as a hobbyist when I get an unexpected use of software I have to have.

I've said it before but I really like using hitfilm for titles. You can get hitfilm express for free which can export transparent pngs easily dropped into vegas. There are also some built in animations or you can create your own. Animation isn't as strong as something as after fx or titler pro but those arent free.

This is good to know. Do you happen to have any samples of what you've created using Power Point? I don't necessarily have anything against PP, but I'm afraid to say that I've sat through many meetings with it and I didn't see much power or point, but that had to do with the presenters, not the software.

Just found out this week and have only played with it. If you know how to use PowerPoint and so many fonts to use. As with all tools your results will vary will your skill level with the tools.

Here is a page focused on doing titles (with animations and transitions). Anything you can see here can then be out put to video (use a green background for Green Screen Masking of course).
