I found hard creating Bézier masks

Do you have any tutorial in order to make easy the Bézier masks?

Its fairly simple to make Bézier masks. What problem do you have with them?
The only part I hate bout Bézier masks is that you have to click and click and click and click everysingle point you cut around an object. Takes me forevverrr
