When i try to intsall Vegas 5.0 onto my computer i get this error message everytime. At first i thought maybe it was the download, so i redownloaded it... that wasnt the problem. Then i thought maybe it was the location i was downloading it to, so i redownloaded it to like 3 different locations on my computer... that wasnt the problem either! Im not really fimilar with computer terms, so i really have no clue what the error is, but this is what it says...

Unable to write to the temp directory in C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Temp\. Check that you have write access to this directory.

And no matter which location the .exe file is in, it still says the same thing! Does anyone have any suggestions for me?? Please Help!?
