I get this error message when I quit V8

I get the following error message every time I quit Vegas 8:

The instruction at "0x02872fa9" referenced memory at "0x02e84db8". The memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program

Did it just start or have you received this message since you downloaded Vegas pro 8?

I've not had any error messages since I have installed Vp8. Although I do get an error reference like that sometimes on another system when I am using IE7 and close it out.

You can give this a try and see if it really is a memory (RAM) issue.
