Hint: turn off CAPS LOCK before proceeding.
Be sure to include system specs, Vegas version, and Quicktime version along with your detailed description of the problem.

Musicvid was being poliite (and sarcastic). Sony doesn't check their user forums regularly. So, those rants won't help. However, if you do as Musicvid was suggesting, you may get some good, useful advice to help solve the problem. So, go ahead....if you wish.

Sony Support might suck. But if so, they're right up there with Microsoft, HP, Corel, Adobe, and a whole bunch of others. Want really bad support? Try AT&T or Dish Network. Ugh! And welcome to the Twenty-First Century.
