I have 365 post but cant download anything ? Please help

I have bought 365 post back when there was a vegas 22.

Now i really wanted to upgrade, but when i go to se what products i have, i se my serial number but no option to download
Also i tried to download the vegas 23 trial and put in my serial number but it told me serial number was already in use..

Can someone please direct me to a place where i can download the products i have my right to use ?
