I have not been able to send over a server request. error code 403

Since i have installed movie studio 17, i have not been able to send over my projects onto youtube, what is the problem?

Does this occur when you are trying to do something with MS17? If so what are you trying to do?

Youtube is not able to read your project but if you try to do this

the program renders it to your goal (YT) and is mostley an MP4.
Because YT change a lot of times, it is better to render the project yourself to a MP4

and load it up to YT by hand
