i have this problem with sony vegas 12 when i run it it stops at initializing GPU-accelerated video processing... and it stops there. and apprenti it's a GPU problem, i had a old version of the nvidia geforce gtx 750 ti 
driver it was version 335.23 and sony vegas 12 was working fine, then i had 
a problems with games not working, so i fix it and updated the driver and the games work, but sony vegas 12 stopped working, so now i don't know what to do so can someone please help me .
