My problem previously was that all MP4 video imported into vegas 9 had NO AUDIO. This has been a problem for THREE MONTHS.
A friend suggested going to Sony website and getting latest updates... this is certainly a software issue (video is from brand new Sony camera).
I end up uninstalling previous version of 9, and installing the newest version from Sony.
That changed things.
Now all MP4 videos have NO VIDEO.
What a piece of crap this software is. SO MUCH TIME WASTED.
Great support too. Called sony and they no idea what to to say / do.
