I'm looking for someone to create a custom script for me to work inside Magix Vegas Pro 15 (I pay for it), please tell who can make this, I've explained in 2 little videos(I made the videos addressing to fiverr users but none of them seem to could do this but you'll get the ideea from the videos that what I want you to do for me)

What you are asking requires the script to interface with a third party plugin in a way that it may not be able to access... like it may not be able to go into Mercalli and get that data of where on the timeline the shake has been added. I won't say it is impossible, but the fact that you are asking for something to interface with third party plugins could prove to be quite an obstacle for achieving this. We have a few script writers around here, hopefully one can chime in and give a better idea on what you are up against.

Yea it was great if someone could do this process with kind of automation thing a script or something but until then, it's ok like this
