i might make cbs news THIS FRIDAY!

ok..this is exciting for me, because i've never had this happen..

i did a video for a client in the medical field. at the same time, cbs news
had [apparently] been running stories related to medicare and all the cutbacks.
they did a story on this doctor client of mine, and his private (no insurance) practice.

anyway... they are "SUPPOSED" to use parts of my video in the news story. i'm all throughout the video, and (sadly) i'm the voiceover too. so, if they show any of it, i hopefully will be in there. if i'm not, you'll still (hopefully) be able to see portions of my video.

unless something changes, it's this FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 22ND on the evening news with dan rather.

i'm so jazzed. :}

Make sure they pay you----I just got paid by German TV and by the NBC affiliate in San Diego---they do have it in the budget.

honestly..i'm not looking for cash. i know that some think i'm crazy.. but i'm so small at this point, that the exposure could be worth more than actual george washingtons.

Remember that exposure without credit isn't likely to do you much good! :) You should at least have something in there crediting you for the video.

But hey, if I were you, I wouldn't care either! :)

I agree--if they dont want to pay you then make sure your footage is credited and copyrighted--I know this sounds a bit paranoid but I have found that nobody does any body any favors when it comes to the commercial networks---Why shouldn't you get paid for your good work.
