My son received Movie Studio 16 Platinum as a gift from his grandparents. When we were installing the product, it asks for the serial number. It was nowhere in the box. I've checked this website and noticed the box is different than what is pictured, although the picture is referred to as a "new box" and shows the serial number as being imprinted on the inside fold. Is there a way to get a replacement serial number?
