I need help...

I know this software as a help function, but it wasn't very helpful. All i want to do is make it so 1- the DVD starts with a menu 2--- have it to play a sequence of "scenes" AKA a movie and 3--- have a chapter selection menu.

Can someone help?

It sounds like you're trying to make a perfectly ordinary, usual, and normal DVD. What's not working? How are you going about it and at what point do you get stuck?

The downloadable pdf manual may be a bit more help, while the various forums & DVD-related web sites can be invaluable for general background on how DVDs are put together and work.

In a nutshell you want to create the menu, import your movie (video & audio tracks), drag your movie onto the menu, viewing the movie on the timeline add &/or edit chapter markers as needed, and back viewing the menu, right click or insert your scene selection menus. So... in the help & manual look up how to create a menu, how to customize the button created when you drag the movie on the menu, and so on.
