Expand the track heights. Open up the Hamburger options.

Or try Ctrl+Shift + up arrow to adjust heights.

Or Ctrl+` (top left of kb) to restore default height.

In addition to that, it looks like Track 4 is empty, so you might want to delete that. Also, if you press F11, you can see the whole timeline, and CTRL + F11 brings it back to normal. I find when projects start getting too many tracks, I try to consolidate as much as possible. I see a couple tracks that look to only have one thing on them.

Most likely pressed the ~ (tilde) key. It acts as a toggle.
